Welcome to Namtutors (hereafter referred to as "we," "us," or "our")! Before you use our services as a student in Namibia, please read and understand the following Terms and Conditions. By using our platform at namtutors.site, you agree to abide by these terms.

Services:

1.1 Namtutors agrees to provide access to tutoring services through its online platform ("Platform") to the Student in accordance with the terms outlined in this Contract.

1.2 Namtutors shall facilitate the connection between the Student and Tutors registered on the Platform.

User Obligations:

2.1 Student and Parent/Guardian agree to provide accurate information while registering on the Platform.

2.2 Student and Parent/Guardian acknowledge not to share personal contact information, including phone numbers, with Tutors. Failure to adhere to this may result in account suspension.

2.3 Student and Parent/Guardian agree to make payments for tutoring services exclusively through the Platform. Payment outside the Platform is strictly prohibited.

Fees:

3.1 In the event of a fee increase, Namtutors will provide prior notification to the Student, Parent, or Guardian.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

4.1 Student and Parent/Guardian agree to inform the Tutor at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time if a lesson needs to be canceled.

4.2 Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in penalties or cancellation fees.

4.3 No refund will be given for tutorials that have already been conducted. Refunds will be given for tutorials not conducted yet, only if canceled by the Tutor or the Student at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson.

Liability:

5.1 Namtutors is a marketplace facilitating tutor-student connections and is not responsible for disputes between Tutors and Students.

5.2 Namtutors shall not be liable for any losses, harm, abuse, loss of money, or other issues arising from interactions between Tutors and Students.

Data Terms and Conditions:

6.1 Namtutors is committed to protecting Student's personal data. For information on data collection, use, and protection, the Student and Parent/Guardian shall refer to Namtutors' Privacy Policy.

6.2 While Namtutors takes reasonable measures to safeguard Student's data, Namtutors shall not be responsible for unauthorized access or breaches of data beyond its control.

General Provisions:

7.1 Namtutors reserves the right to terminate or suspend Student's account at its discretion, with or without cause.

7.2 The terms and conditions may be updated periodically, and Student's continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

7.3 The terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Namibia.

By using our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.
